IEE Cambridge Seminar 2005 - "Processor Cores - Putting Silicon IP to Work"

The UK is a stronghold of microprocessor design, with many important developments having taken place here over the 30 plus years of the industry. Developments continue apace with many new companies joining the established players in vying for design-ins in applications as diverse as consumer, industrial, networking, automotive, wireless and broadband, to name a few.

This one day seminar will look at some of the exciting developments taking place today in processor design, with presentations from leading companies in the Cambridge area and elsewhere.  Anyone interested in the architecture and design of leading-edge processors and in their application will benefit from this seminar.

Presentations from ARC, ARM, Broadcom, Cambridge Consultants, Icera, LSI Logic and picoChip, with a keynote by Prof. David May of the University of Bristol.
